Cannabidiol (CBD) Oil
Cannabidiol (CBD) as referred to here is Cannabis oil containing a high content ratio of CBD. CBD contributes to general well-being and good health including neurological disorders and various other ailments. CBD has high anti-inflammatory properties and pain relieving properties usually accompanied by inflammation. CBD contains THC, making it effective without being psychoactive. Without it, is is useless – also known as the entourage effect.

The recommended dosage is: 5 drops three times per day. Always try and maintain CBD in your system. If you cannot manage to have it three times per day then twice will suffice.
THC Oil (Delta 9)
In order to treat Menopause, it is recommended that you add THC which has psychoactive properties (it can make you feel ‘high’). Micro-dosing with tinctures will assist you to build up a tolerance. This can happen over a few days. The length of time will differ from person to person so one would have to self-titrate by experimenting with the tincture dropper bottles.

The recommended dosage for THC is to start low. Start with two drops three times daily and increase the dosage as your body acclimatizes. If the dosage makes you you feel abnormal in any way, then decrease your dosage and maintain the same dosage for three days before increasing your dosage again.
For effective dispensing please consume drops into your mouth directly from the bottle. Refrain from diluting it with juice or water. If you find the taste too bitter or uncomfortable then you can add a little honey as a sweetener.
CANNABIS OILS STORAGE
The oils have a shelf life of many years if kept in either a cool dry place or in the fridge when not being used.
CBD: 5-10 drops – 3 times a day.
THC: 3 drops – 2-3 times day. (Start on 2 drops 2-3x a day. Increase every 48-72 hours by 1 drop per dosing. Continue increasing the dosage as you feel comfortable
The Tinctures (1:10) are in 10 ml of MCT carrier oil ( Medium-chain triglyceride) and contains 1000 mg of cannabinoid extract There are approximately 500 to 550 drops per bottle. Each drop is approximately 2mg.
THE QUALITY OF CANNABIS OIL

Co2 based extraction cannabis oil guarantees to be toxin (solvent) free and clean. It is also the most expensive extraction technique which requires specialised equipment. Tolerances to dosages vary from person to person. If the dosage of THC, CBN or THCA oils was too high, then a feeling of being “stoned” or “high” can be experienced. This can be associated with euphoria, a general change in perception and an increase in appetite. Short term side effects could also include a dry mouth, impaired motor skills and a short-term memory, red eyes and / or feelings of paranoia or anxiety.
